PHUKET: Doctors have confirmed that a British man who passed away whilst having a cup of coffee at a Patong Hotel this morning (Mar 4) had suffered a heart attack. The man had only arrived in the country on Wednesday (Mar 2).
PHUKET: The Phuket Waterworks Authority announced on Wednesday (Mar 2) that the water supply in some parts of Chalong and Rawai will be switched off all day from 9am on Monday (Mar 7).
FOOTBALL: The original start date for the 2016 Thai football season passed on Feb 28, and on Wednesday (Mar 2) Phuket FC President MaAnn Samran went back to Bangkok to again submit papers to the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) to confirm the team’s placing in Southern Region Division 2. This is the third time papers have been presented.
