Enter the villa into a very spacious open plan Living, Kitchen and Dining area with a high vaulted ceiling. The full western kitchen is fully equipped for any guests who wish to cook during their stay, there is a water cooler in the kitchen / dining area with filtered drinking water. There is an indoor dining area with seating for 6 and a 65 inch TV in the living area with IPTV set up meaning guest will get access to more TV channels that you can imagine in all languages including, live sports, latest movies and TV series, news channels and more. Sofa’s in the living area provide seating for 6. This area has a great through breeze and guests can open up doors and windows and turn on the ceiling fans if they do not wish to sit in aircon all of the time. All areas of the house have good air conditioning.
The living area opens on to patio / pool terrace, here you will find an outdoor dining table for 6 people plus sun loungers. This is a covered area which provides shade during the day. There is a Weber Gas BBQ which is available for guests to cook on.
The salt water pool has a jacuzzi at the shallow end and there is a large Sala at the other end of the pool.
The pool and terrace look out over the par five 12th fairway at Loch Palm provide stunning views of the golf course and lush green hills surrounding the area.
The area is extremely quiet and peaceful and looks beautiful at night as the sun starts to set and the ambient garden lighting comes on at the villa and around the estate.
The villa has two large double bedrooms, 1 bedroom and a king size bed and the other has two twins which can be joined together or separated as per the guests needs. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. The master bedrooms and a walking closet and a safe deposit box. The guest bedrooms has a wardrobe for clothes.
There is a laundry room in the villa with a washing machine and a dryer.
We will provide a maid service two times a week to be included in the rent. The maid will clean and change bed linen once a week. If guests require additional maid services please let us know and we can help arrange that to suit your needs.
Guests will have the use of the whole villa expect for one small storage room in the guest bedroom walking closet which will be locked for the owners personal storage.
