Phuket continues to build on its reputation as the ideal destination for hosting major international events. The 16th Pencak Silat Championship and the 12th Phuket International Boat Show earlier this month (in January) complemented the successes of the Challenge Laguna Phuket Tri-Fest and 4th Asian Beach Games late last year (2014).
