Verdant vistas vision

These days there’s a lot of talk in Phuket and tourism circles about going green and eating organic, but let’s face it, organic gardening and agriculture are hard to come by in Thailand, never mind Phuket, where most of the food cultivation and farming heavily relies on nasty chemicals produced in factories. But as an enthusiastic, holistic organic chef in Phuket, I have a dream and vision that I want to share – to help Phuket to become green and organic again like she once was 30 years ago, when the whole island was 100 per cent organic in agriculture. Together, we can make this dream come true.
