Technology: Call for S44 on mobile players

Telecommunications industry veterans are urging Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to invoke Section 44 to force mobile operators to complete transfers of their network assets before the fourth-generation (4G) spectrum auctions take place this year.
