PHUKET: Six months after a fatal bungy jump killed 25-year-old Kuwaiti tourist Abdullah Adel Kadhbahman, police say they expect to bring formal charges of negligence causing death against the operator of the now-closed facility and one of his staffers to court within the coming week.
