BANGKOK: The cabinet yesterday (Nov 3) approved a raft of measures to deal with illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing as the country struggles to meet a European Union (EU) deadline in December to clamp down on illegal fishing or risk being hit with damaging trade sanctions.
