PHUKET: A Phuket vice governor, the director of the Marine and Coastal Resources Region 6 together with Karon Mayor and over 100 diving volunteers and locals today (Nov 23) went to Karon Beach to launch a ‘Submarine Cleanup and Rehabilitate Karon Beach’ campaign.
