PHUKET: Phuket Governor Chamroen Tipayapongtada and local government officials yesterday (Nov 25) held a meeting with 23 Phuket Honorary consuls aimed at enhancing the relationship between them and also to discuss a strategy to help develop Phuket a world-class tourist destination.
