BANGKOK: The Office of the Attorney-General filed a multi-billion-baht tax evasion lawsuit against Philip Morris Thailand (PMTL) in the Criminal Court yesterday (Jan 18), a charge the tobacco giant’s management insisted was “without merit and unjust”.
