Army chief confirms Yingluck cannot travel

Army commander-in-chief Gen Udomdej Sitabutr admitted today (February 9) that the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) has prohibited former premier Yingluck Shinawatra from leaving the country as she is facing trial in connection with the rice-pledging scheme.
