No Plans to Interview Patong Tuk-Tuk Drivers, Says Phuket Murder Investigator

Latest Tuk-tuk drivers close to the scene of a fatal stabbing outside a Patong nightclub will only be interviewed if an Australian expat facing a murder charge lays a complaint, say the police investigator.
