These days there’s a lot of talk in Phuket and tourism circles about going green and eating organic, but let’s face it, organic gardening and agriculture are hard to come by in Thailand, never mind Phuket, where most of the food cultivation and farming heavily relies on nasty chemicals produced in factories.
