PHUKET: Phuket Governor Chamroen Tipayapongthada has decided to back track on an announcement made on Oct 28 by Vice Governoe Chokdee Amornwat that visitors to Phuket’s beaches wanting to use loungers and umbrellas will still have to do so in the dedicated 10 per cent zone.
