The upper floor of the villa is home to the kitchen, dining and living area with a 75 inch TV, Bose sound bar and portable speaker. The full western kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The living area opens on to a large covered balcony which has an outdoor seating and dining area and loungers. To the side of this area is the infinity pool with jacuzzi jets and garden area with additional table and seating.
All three bedrooms on the lower level are spacious and complete with private en-suite bathrooms. The two king-size master suites have stylish wooden finishes and amazing sea views from the bed as well as a large balcony. Both lavish suites have walk-through wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with indulgent whirlpool tubs that offer great views. The second master suite features an additional private balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a large king-size if required, and a bathroom with shower. In addition there is an office with a sofa bed, this space is perfect for guests who need to work during their stay at the villa, it can also accommodate a 7th guest who can sleep on the sofa bed. The office has 2 x 24 inch screens and 2 printers which guests are welcome to make use of.
The villa has private parking for 1 car or several motorbikes / scooters.
The common area facilities in the estate feature a well equipped Gym (there is no private gym inside the villa), sauna, large crescent shaped infinity pool and pool table. There is an open-air bar next to a jeux de boule field. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole villa to themselves accept one storage room which will be locked and used to store the owners personal belongings.
