When entering the property you are greeted by a large open plan living, dinning, kitchen area. This open plan design is extremely spacious with high ceilings. The living area has large sliding doors which open onto the private pool and outdoor dinning area. At the bottom of the garden where the grass meets the beach there is a large sala which can be used for dinning or relaxing on the sun loungers, the outdoor dinning table has seating for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook, there is an oven, microwave and stove top plus espresso machine. The large dinning table has seating for 8 people and the living area has seating for 6-8 people. If guests would like to BBQ then a gas BBQ can be provided free of charge upon request.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the middle floor, both are large rooms with ensuite bathrooms, walk in closets and teak wood flooring throughout. One of these bedrooms has a clear sea view, a king size double bed and bath tub with a sea view. The other bedroom has a garden view and two single beds which can be put together to make a double bed.
On the top floor you will find the stunning master bedroom, this bedroom has incredible sea views over looking Chalong bay and the nearby islands. The room again has teak wood flooring, very high ceilings, an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is a lounge area within the bedroom which is great for relaxing whilst taking in the view. Large sliding doors open up onto a terrace area with a jaccuzi.
This location is great for dinning out, family activities, day excursions, boat trips or just lounging around the villa by the pool. Nai Harn beach is a 5 minute drive from the house and Kata and Kata Noi beaches are a 10 minute drive away.
