Villa: Furnished to the highest standards, The Villa is a unique and impressive seven bedroom pool villa in Phuket which offers stunning views of the ocean and tropical jungle from within this private, secure estate located on the hills overlooking Layan beach which is within a few minutes drive.
7 Bedrooms: With 5 air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with 1 sharing bathroom ( for family with kids) a group of 14 adults can easily stay at the villa, providing there’s also the possibility to add extra beds (please let us know in advance) as all bedrooms are very spacious.
To watch your favourite movies, cartoons, or sports broadcasts, each bedroom is equipped with a LCD TV with over several international channels.
The spacious Master Bedroom Suite overlooks the pool has a king size bed, sofa, desk, TV, walk in wardrobe and ultra modern en suite shower room. Large glass windows provide views over the jungle to the sea beyond.
Downstairs Bedroom Two has twin beds, TV, walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room. Doors open onto a covered terrace with seating.

From the pool level a bridge takes you to three further bedrooms, each one comes with its own 8 x 3 metre swimming pool. All have king size beds, day beds, TVs, fridges, desks, walk in wardrobes and en suite shower rooms with outside baths. Sun beds and outside furniture is provided.
Living Room: Returning to the main villa, upstairs is the main living room with large comfortable sofas and doors opening onto the balcony with outdoor dining and seating options, the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Andaman sea.
Dining Room: Finally back downstairs there is a large air conditioned formal dining room seating 10 people and outside a covered entertainment area with football table, majong table plus outdoor seating and dining table, all overlooking the pool.
Terrace: For relaxing and fun times with friends and family, the villa has two living areas, one inside with sea views, and the other consisting of a covered terrace, equipped with a bar and a kitchen with a grill to enjoy fresh fish, prawns, crabs and lobsters caught around Phuket. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
Kitchen: There is also a modern european kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and a large TV room with access to the balcony. There is also a small kitchen area with breakfast bar.
