The living room is cozy and comfortable, where you can relax on a big leather sofa and enjoy international programs from a cable TV. There is also a writing desk built into the living room for those who need to work on a computer. The living area has some sliding glass door opening onto a terrace, with table and chairs, overlook the garden. Next to the living is a pleasant dining area. It is spacious with a dining table accommodating for six persons. The kitchen is partitioned by folding wooden panel and fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave oven, exhaust hood, electric stove, and refrigerator. There is also one powder room on this floor with a small hand basin and toilet.

On the second floor, up from the spiral staircase, are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one multipurpose room, and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished in exquisite taste and design with large closets and safe deposit box. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Next to it is the bathroom decorated in modern style with a bath tub and comfortable shower area. The second bedroom features twin beds with a small multipurpose room connected to it.
